We had the best time with Treva! On Thursday we went to South Padre Island to play at the beach! There was no-one there and the water was so clear you could see all the fish! Treva made a big sand castle with the boys and they played all day long with it! We had fun riding the waves and enjoying the incredibly warm water! We went shopping on the Island and then went home to eat Mcallens famous fajitas! Friday we went into downtown Mcallen where we shopped on Main Street. We live on the border of Mexico and anything you can buy in Mexico you can find on Main Street. In fact, it's just like going to Mexico only cleaner! We also went to eat at (Camerons favorite) La Mordida which is an authentic mexican food little hole-in-the-wall restaurant! The cooks were little Mexican ladies and everything was home-made and it was excellent food! We came home and played outside for a while and then watched the movie "Wild Hogs." On Saturday we went back to the beach! It was perfect weather and the water was so great! Treva is an amazing Sister-in-Law! She is so beautiful and we just love her so much! She is so much fun to be around and the boys couldn't get enough of her! Shayla loved snuggling with her too! We already miss her and we are so happy she came to visit!
